Impact Fundraising
LabStart needed a digital infrastructure that could scale with their growing community of innovators while maintaining credibility with funders. Their existing web presence wasn't communicating the depth of their impact or making it easy for supporters to engage.
We deployed our PRSN FCTN methodology to map their stakeholder ecosystem and designed a tiered digital maintenance system. Deliverables included a responsive Squarespace site with integrated donation pathways, a content strategy framework, and ongoing technical support to ensure their team could tell their story independently.
Digital Brand Tools
SOFF was building momentum in the climate philanthropy space but lacked cohesive brand identity and digital tools to communicate their annual impact to investors and community stakeholders. They needed assets that could scale across multiple touchpoints while maintaining visual consistency and credibility.
We developed a comprehensive brand identity system and designed their 2024 Annual Impact Report as an interactive digital experience. Using our climate storytelling expertise, we created a visual language that balanced urgency with hope, grounding complex sustainability data in human-centered narratives.
Innovation & Strategy
Next Step Navigator needed to understand their customer journey from both the buyer perspective (organizations seeking housing solutions) and operator perspective (staff managing intake and placements). With an iPad kiosk as the primary touchpoint and complex stakeholder dynamics, they needed strategic clarity to guide future product development and secure additional funding.
We deployed our PRSN FCTN framework with AEIOU methodology to map the complete ecosystem. Through facilitated workshops with operators and leadership, we developed three core personas (Tiffany, Kelly, Phillip) and a six-stage journey map that revealed critical friction points and opportunities for innovation. We also designed a Storymap to visualize their organizational journey for funder communications.
Web Design for Philanthropy
Look And See Foundation needed a digital presence that could authentically represent their mission while serving multiple stakeholder groups—donors, community partners, and grant recipients. Their existing web infrastructure wasn't equipped to handle the dual needs of storytelling and functional grant management.
We designed a Squarespace-based website that balanced narrative depth with accessibility. Our design centered community voices and impact stories while creating clear pathways for different user journeys. We integrated donation infrastructure and built a content management system that empowers their team to maintain the site independently.
