We’re designers for the environmental movement.
We design with you because we’re part of the same movement — committed to amplifying the people and ideas building a livable future.
Our Aproach is Simple.
We use a human-centered, participatory design model so that partners are seen,
understood, and supported at scale.
We partner with climate innovators to turn ambitious visions into impactful design solutions.

We Help Organizations Build Credibility.
We partnered with Next Step to design a storymap that visualized their organizational journey, helping them secure funding to support future community projects.
The world has changed. We help you build credibility by reflecting the impact of your work without losing your authenticity.
Like a cloud, we are a collection of distinct elements moving as one.
No, not the cloud that stores your data. We mean the one that carries “proof of life” across the planet. The one that shapes landscapes, supports ecosystems and stirs the imagination.
Adonis Logan
Founding Partner | Head of Operations
Adonis rises each morning with a singular purpose: to help people discover their inherent connection to the environment. He supports anyone applying their unique skills to environmental challenges, believing this personal connection is essential for getting people to act on planetary issues we "should" care about.
-
The reason for his purpose: connection expands our imagination of what's possible. Adonis pursued knowledge on the environment — studying environmental science, receiving tutelage from seasoned investors, and collaborating with government scientists on climate tech — in order to develop his approach to articulating environmental solutions and potential.
His pursuit extends to board service with Next Step Homes (a housing nonprofit), the Look & See Foundation (philanthropy), and Posse Bay (college-access). These cross-sector connections enable him to reflect the nuance of environmental challenges we face.He treasures design as an opportunity to blend his technical background with creative skills honed as a writer, director, and photographer. Nicknamed “the sponge” for absorbing and repurposing concepts, Adonis draws from lived experiences spanning the Caribbean to the Bay Area, creating a unique lens to articulate possibility.
Marius Jackson
Founding Partner | Head of Design
Marius sees the world’s challenges as clay—malleable, ready to be shaped. Design is the table where he molds new ideas, perspectives, and approaches. The opportunity to help people recognize that everything is a design, both natural and man-made, fuels him. For Marius, design is an invitation to be curious—to dissect existing structures and reimagine them for a better world.
-
A creator, a maker, a tinkerer—Marius was designing long before he had the words for it. As a kid, he sketched constantly, dismantled gadgets, and reshaped environments, fascinated by how things worked. His design journey led him from top agencies to freelancing with mission-driven organizations, using design to amplify purpose. He has collaborated with the National Center for Civil and Human Rights, Youth Advocate Programs, and Posse, developing initiatives that champion equity and opportunity.
Rooted in research, strategy, and community engagement, Marius explores design’s role in advocacy. His thesis in Industrial and Interaction Design at Syracuse University focused on redesigning artifacts and systems of protest for more effective demonstrations, reinforcing his belief that design isn’t just about aesthetics or function- it’s about evaluating power, access, and human impact.
To Marius, design thinking and human-centered design don’t just reflect the environment and its challenges; they inform each other holistically, shaping how problems are solved and systems are built. His work continues to reinforce this perspective, allowing him to craft engaging, interactive curricula and frameworks to build stories that empower communities.
For Marius, design is more than an interdisciplinary profession, it’s a responsibility to shape the world with intention.
